| Smith takes a
proactive attitude toward safety, with an on-staff RN
to oversee the program. With an active IIPP, Tailgate
Meeting Program, Haz/Mat Program, and Fleet Safety Program,
we work hard to keep our numerous work sites and our
ninety vehicle fleet safe. Working jointly with Traveler’s
Insurance Company, we maintain ongoing surveys of our
progress in managing Workman’s Compensation, Automobile,
and Liability issues.
Our bonding capacity is currently at 30 million and we continuously evaluate our needs for growth based on work availability. |
